Running on the weekend of January 8 and 9, the fair boasts up to 500 stands and includes a datelined section.

Specialist furniture dealers as well as specialist and general dealers will be offering everything from silver and jewellery to English and Continental ceramics, tools, medals and postcards.

Saturday early entry is from 10am to 11am at £6, with general entry from 11am to 5pm at £4.50. On Sunday, general entry from 10am to 1pm is £3.50 with afternoon entry from 1pm to 4pm at £3.

Setting up for all exhibitors to the fair will now take place on Saturday from 6am.

“We hope that the new format and entry prices will be seen as a real benefit to exhibitors, trade buyers and public alike,” says organiser Val Dennis.

She added that the changes came in reaction to consultation with trade and public.

“We feel that by making Westpoint a two-day fair and with a sliding scale of entry prices we are offering real savings and a fresh and exciting format for everyone.”

February dates for Devon County Antiques Fairs include The Matford Centre Fair in Exeter on Saturday the 5th, The Westland Sports and Social Complex Fair on Sunday the 13th and Salisbury Leisure Centre on Saturday the 26th.
