Hansons – seller of the 13th century stirrup ring pictured bottom right – will be offering another metal-detecting find in its March 22 sale. The typical late 17th century posy ring, right, was brought in by a detectorist to a valuation day in Sutton Coldfield. It includes the words As God Decreed So Do We and is expected to make £1000-1500.
