THE Milanese jeweller Alfredo Ravasco (1893-1958) is as well-known for his Art Deco objects of vertu fashioned in malachite, onyx, jade and other hardstones as he is for the flat and geometric pendants and bracelets he exhibited at the Biennale of Decorative Arts, in Monza in 1923 and Paris in 1925.
