This William de Morgan Fulham Pottery tile, one of four from a French chateau, are priced at £500 each with the Dutch tile dealer Mark van Veen at the annual specialist tile fair in Nottingham on October 5.
This small specialist fair, which is well worth a visit, attracts buyers from Holland, Germany and the US. Exhibitors include two Dutch dealers while stallholders from the UK include Adrian Grater, a dealer in British decorative tiles from 1870 to 1970 who stalls out in Portobello Road, and Anita and James Morgan trading from The Hive in Cambridge.
