Organiser adds two Oxfordshire flagship events to busy schedule
Neil Payne, founder of Hidden Treasures, has added two new antiques and vintage fairs to his packed calendar of events. Some of his fairs have been running since the 1970s at locations in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
