A collection of 39 glass slides from the early 20th century are on offer from Billy Hunt. They depict the designs of John Hardman, one of the pioneers of the stained-glass revival in the 19th century.

Hardman launched a Birmingham-based operation in 1838 as an ecclesiastical metal works. However, Augustus Pugin, the champion of the Gothic Revival, recommended that the business expand into glass manufacture in 1845 and designed for the firm until his death in 1852.

The glass slides, which date from c.1920 onward, are in various sizes and conditions and have been offered as found, aside from dusting, for £465. There is also a receipt dated 1934.

Billy Hunt, owned and run by Martina Reitbauer - there is no Billy - focuses on British furniture and lighting from the early 1800s to the late 1970s.
